Senior Financial Analyst in JN

We are looking for an international team of experts in the field of telecom analytics and mobile security for our project.

We identify vulnerabilities in the SMS message delivery chain, monitor and block illegal traffic, helping mobile operators around the world reduce costs, improve service quality and ensure the safety of end users.

The company is growing and we we are strengthening the team with a financial analyst who will help us make informed decisions and scale the product.

Main Responsibilities

• Financial modeling and forecasting: development and support of operational models; participation in long-term financial planning (FP&A).

• Unit economics: analysis of key metrics (LTV, CAC, Retention Rate, MRR/ARR), search for growth and optimization areas.

• Budgeting and plan-fact analysis: participation in annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, analysis of deviations from the plan.

• Management and operational accounting: preparation of regular reports for management; profitability analysis of projects and business lines.

• Reporting automation: implementation, improvement and customization of BI tools and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).

Requirements

• Higher education in finance, economics or accounting.

• Experience of working as a financial analyst / financial manager / financial director - from 3 years.

• From 1 year of work as a financial analyst in an IT company.

• Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting and building financial models.

• Excellent command of Excel.

• Understanding the basics management accounting and financial modeling.

• Understanding key IT business metrics (LTV, CAC, MRR, Churn) is a big plus.

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to work with large data sets.

Will a plus

• Experience in working with accounting systems (1C, SAP) and CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Skills in working with BI systems (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio) and query languages (SQL).

• International certificates: ACCA / CIMA / CFA (Level 1+).
