How exactly can you influence developmentcompany history:

• work on segmentation and construction customer life cycle by region and country
• development and implementation of motivational retention programs customers by regions and countries
• validation of hypotheses of interaction with customers by conducting various CRM -activities
• analysis of CRM activities through A/B testing and providing recommendations for their results in terms of regions and countries
• monitoring and responding to the actions of competitors from the point view of marketing
• formation of SQL queries for data retrieval
• leading cross-team projects and partially communicating with developers

Challenges for three months: 

• adapt in a team and collective
• read all available data sources
• get acquainted with the current life cycle of the client and make suggestions for its improvement
• set up analytical monitoring of the customer base by region
• start CRM activities 
• actively participate in the generation and validation of hypotheses on the life cycle of customers across regions
  
  

To achieve results, you will need:

• from 3 years of experience in building the customer life cycle in b2c companies
• experience in forming, setting up and describing technical specifications for obtaining the necessary data
• basic skills of forming SQL queries to retrieve data
• experience in customer base analysis through cohort analysis, RFM analysis, others
• experience in developing and implementing motivational programs for customer retention
• advanced Microsoft Excel skills (for data analysis)
• experience in crisis management and work with AI will be a plus

How do you regulate your working hours?

• • can independently plan your work schedule, however, to be effectivewe have mandatory joint working hours - business hours, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
• day off on your birthday as a gift to the company
• day off for blood donation
