What to do:
- create target CSATs maps based on customer satisfaction metrics;
- create a single info space with regular analytics on SC metrics of all channels and points of interaction;
- set up measurement processes: writing business requirements, setting for implementation, control implementation, reporting control;
- set up the processes of closing customer feedback and the processes of regular analysis of SC metrics with business divisions;
- develop systems for cascading SC metrics as targeted CRI for business divisions;
- conduct a regular audit and develop a strategy for the development of the SC metrics system: studying global trends, selecting new or more effective tools, writing business requirements for development and monitoring their implementation;
- identify and study issues and customer needs, assess the criticality of each opportunity area found, rank and prioritize development areas;
- develop recommendations for implementation and monitor implementation statuses of initiatives to improve customer experience.
You are suitable if you have:
- higher education (marketing, sociology);
- from 2 years of experience in consumer analysis or market research;
- communication and presentation skills: important create inspiring materials based on data;
- experience in planning, organizing, evaluating the effectiveness, managing the results of marketing processes;
- experience in conducting marketing research;
- knowledge Word, Excel, Power Point, CRM.
