Senior Computer Systems Engineer in Ajax Systems

We are currently looking for a Senior Computer Systems Engineer

Main responsibilities:

• Perform management, support and optimization information and network systems, computer equipment and services in the organization.
• Providing technical support to users, including solving their requests and problems.
• Implementing and updating new technologies and solutions that improve the productivity and efficiency of information systems.
• Interaction with other departments and teams to ensure best practices in the field of IT and to solve joint tasks and projects.
• Monitoring the operation of systems, identifying and solving problems, using monitoring systems to detect anomalies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience.
• Understanding and experience working with various operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, as well as the ability configure, update and manage them.
• Understanding of network protocol principles such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP and experience configuring and maintaining network services.
• Ability to use monitoring and analysis systems to identify anomalies and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Understanding of cloud services concepts and components such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Operation methods and rules of operation, repair, configuration, diagnostics and maintenance of computer and office equipment
• Knowledge of the principles and methods of information protection, including antivirus programs, firewalls, authentication systems and access control.

Will be a plus:

• Communication with software and technology suppliers for technical support or hardware testing.
• Experience in managing a support team from 1 year.
• English language skills: at a conversational level
