Senior Business Analyst (Banking / BPMN) in Bank Pivdenniy

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst

What to do:

Planning and change management

• Assess the feasibility of acquiring new systems or implementing enhancements (independently or with the involvement of stakeholders).
• Participate in the formation of business task automation plans.
• Monitor the implementation of the business model by developers and compliance with deadlines.

Working with processes and integrations

• Model business processes (BPMN 2.0).
• Ensure integration with external services and systems.
• Take into account financial monitoring requirements and regulatory restrictions.

Testing and implementation

• Organize and conduct testing of new processes and systems.
• Accept automation results from the development team.
• Support the implementation of changes in business processes.

Working with banking processes

• Analyze service processes of legal entities (UO).
• Consider account typesagents, ownership structure and financial monitoring requirements.
• Use knowledge of banking operations and terminology in project activities.

For this you will need:

• Work experience in the banking or fintech sphere -from 2 years.
• Experience of participating in projects as a business analyst.
• Experience working with servicelegal entities (JU).
• Experience of working with ABS B2 - from 2 years.
• Experience of writing technical tasks - from 1 year.
• Experience of team management - from 1 year.
• Experience of working with samples of respondents - from 2 years.

Hard skills:

• Analytical Skills - from 3 years.
• Data collection and analysis - from 2 years.
• BPMN 2.0 - from 1 year.
• Understanding of integrations with external services and systems.
• Knowledge regulatory documents - from 2 years.
• Knowledge of regulatory documents of the NBU - from 2 years.
• Knowledge of the procedure for performing bank operations.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and formalize requirements.
