Seeds sales manager in Singenta/Syngenta

Syngenta, a leader in the international market of agrochemicals and seeds, is opening a competition for experienced and ambitious specialists for the position of Seed Sales Manager< /strong>.

Main duties:

• Execution of sales targets within the specified territory

• Creation of demand by agricultural producers for seeds of field crops in this area

• Placing test plots, monitoring the development of plants in these plots , analysis of test results

• Providing support to agricultural producers in the after-sales period

• Conducting demonstration and promotional field events on the territory

• Control of the status of customers, their sales, stocks during the season 

• Forecasting and planning of receivables within the sales territory 

• Preparation of the forecast of demand for seeds in the territory 

• Promotion of target products determined at the beginning of the season 

Our candidate has:

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture will be an advantage

• Experience in sales from 2 years (in agriculture or in production)

• Agronomy: general knowledge of agricultural culture and technology

• Understanding the market and knowledge of competitors

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience using Microsoft Office programs

• Valid driver's license category "B"
