• full higher (master/specialist) in the field of knowledge: information technologies (specialties 121-126), electrical engineering ( 141, 142), mechanical engineering (134), natural sciences (104, 105), mathematics and statistics (111-113), automation and instrumentation (151-153), military sciences (251-256), civil security (262) ;
• work experience is desirable, but not essential;
• PC knowledge at the level of a confident user or system administrator, knowledge of Ukrainian (at the level of fluency) and English languages ​​(at the level of reading technical documentation);
• attention, honesty, initiative, responsibility.
