Trueplay is a Loyalty Booster Suite that enables iGaming brands to build lasting customer relationships based on trust and mutual benefit. It features programs that ensure player interactions with iGaming platforms are exciting right from the start.

We offer solutions on three epic levels:

  • Acquisition and engagement — CopyStake introduces users to an iGaming website, allowing them to bet alongside their favorite streamers.
  • Retention — the Play to Earn and Hold to Earn loyalty programs keep player engagement high by guaranteeing rakeback and distributing a share of the platform’s revenue.
  • Brand equity — the tokenization of loyalty points helps transform users’ affinity for a brand into a personal interest in its financial success. In Trueplay’s take on Web3 loyalty, players feel like casino stakeholders.

More than 20 iGaming brands from 18 markets are fostering player loyalty with Trueplay.

Our expanding company is looking for a  Scrum Master .

It is important for us that you have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a product development environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing Scrum processes from scratch.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with the ability to adapt practices to meet the team’s needs.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively mediate between different stakeholders.
  • Result-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and team empowerment.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
  • Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • English level — Advanced.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and implementing Scrum processes: Establish and enforce Scrum practices from scratch across two development teams; Customize and optimize Scrum processes to fit the team’s and organization’s needs, ensuring the continuous improvement of Scrum adoption; Educate and mentor teams on Agile methodologies, focusing on delivering value in iterative increments.
  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies: Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives; Ensure that each ceremony adds value to the development process and encourages active participation from all team members.
  • Team support and development: Act as a coach and mentor to the development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement; Address and resolve any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team’s progress; Promote a healthy, supportive, and inclusive work environment where team members feel empowered to deliver their best work.
  • Middleware between Product Owners and teams: Serve as a liaison between Product Owners and the development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals, priorities, and timelines; Assist Product Owners in maintaining a well-organized and prioritized product backlog that aligns with the team’s capacity and strategic objectives; Ensure that the teams have a clear understanding of the product vision and the “why” behind each user story.
  • Process improvement and result orientation: Continuously assess the effectiveness of the Scrum processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and team satisfaction; Drive a culture of results and accountability, ensuring that the teams consistently meet or exceed their sprint goals and deliverables; Use data-driven insights to measure and optimize team performance, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Stakeholder management: Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, report on team progress, and communicate any risks or challenges that may arise; Facilitate cross-team coordination and ensure that dependencies are managed effectively.
