SAP Basis & DevOps Engineer in EPAM

Join our team as a SAP Basis & DevOps Engineer, where you will be responsible for the technical infrastructure of SAP systems, ensuring their stable and efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and implement system changes and architectural solutions to improve the efficiency of the server infrastructure

• Ensure timely completion of tasks within SLA and project milestones, following best practices and tracking KPI

• Collaborate with functional and ABAP teams to understand requirements and resolve system administration issues

• Work collaboratively with SAP HANA Application and Infrastructure teams to maintain consistent performance systems

• Perform routine administrative and technical tasks SAP BASIS in SAP HANA

• Install, update and monitor SAP HANA databases and Database Cockpit in scale-up and scale-out

• Configure and manage three-level HANA replication to ensure high availability

• Eliminate memory problems and optimize the performance of the SAP HANA

• Develop and test Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity

• Configure HANA Single Sign-On (SSO) and SAML authentication

• Support SAP Bank Analyzer and BW HANA

• environments Configure CTS+ to transport changes between SAP HANA

• Implement and support Solution Manager Monitoring, including notification configuration at application server, database and OS level

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in SAP Basis and DevOps with a focus on SAP HANA

• database administration Proven skills in coordinating impact analysis with considering functional, security, integration and performance requirements

• Experience in making technical decisions regarding hardware, network, system software and security settings

• Knowledge of SAP automation in cloud environments, including deployments on Google Cloud Platform and Disaster Recovery

• Experience in supporting SAP systems on platforms with high availability and troubleshooting system startup and performance problems

• Practical knowledge of L1 administration in Red Hat and SUSE Linux

• Knowledge of configuration and maintenance of SUSE Linux Enterprise High Availability clusters

• Experience with SAP Solution Manager CHARM, including management systems lifecycle via SLD and CUA

• BOBJ administration skills: system configuration, content migration, role synchronization with BW4HANA

• Competence in BW4HANA Administration and integration with Business security Objects

• Expertise with Eclipse, HANA Studio and HANA Cockpit for role management and content promotion

• Proficiency in English at a professional working level (B2+)
