In the Balkan region (https://rs.jooble.org/) we provide services to employers on a subscription basis, which allows you to post jobs for a fixed price. Our clients are employers who need to fill vacancies. Our goal is to expand Jooble's presence in the region and strengthen our market position against key competitors.

Sales Team Lead will be responsible for building, managing and developing the sales team, driving revenue growth, improving customer acquisition and retention in the Balkan countries (Serbia, Croatia, Greece, Bosnia and Herzegovina). You will work closely with the Head of Sales Balkans to optimize sales performance.

What will need to be done:

• Hiring, training and onboarding of new sales managers in target countries;
• Regular team quality checks and making personnel decisions;
• Participation in the formation of strategy, experiments and planning of the department's work
• Operational support of the sales team in complex cases;
• Coordination of solving technical issues (telephony, CRM, site, messengers);
• Interaction with accounting, marketing, HR, support and design to ensure smooth operation department;
• Analysis of results: summary, interim checks, calculation of bonuses;
• Update of the internal knowledge base in Confluence.

We are looking for a person who has:

• Management experience a team of sales managers from 2 years (full cycle: recruitment - training - development - dismissal);
• Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian and English languages;
• Practical experience in B2B sales;
• Skills for working with CRM and organization of sales processes;
• Strong communication and leadership skills skills;
• Ability to make quick decisions and work in a multicultural environment.

It will be an advantage:

• PossessSerbian/Croatian/Greek;
• Management experience in HR tech/recruiting agencies;
• Deep understanding of the Balkan labor market and employer needs;
• Experience with a subscription-based sales model.
