We are looking for a Sales Team Lead who knows how to work with people, take responsibility for team results and influence processes and business.
This is a role for those who want real leadership, ownership and influence, not just a title.

What you need to know
Experience in B2C salesas a sales manager and team leader from 1 year (experience in a call format would be an advantage)
Understanding of working with KPIs, targets and team discipline.
?? The ability to have complex conversations, give constructive feedback and deliver solutions.
Strong communication skills and confidence in communication.
Confident English for working with a team and processes.
Desire to develop in a leadership role and work with people.
