In connection with the expansion, we are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead!

Requirements:

• Experience as a team leader/sales department manager.
• Skills structure processes in the team and build effective interaction in the team.
• Ambition, desire to grow.
• Time management, planning and meeting deadlines are your superpowers.
• Experience writing scripts.
• Experience in the field of educational serviceswill be an advantage.
• Experience with CRM systems (Knowledge of CRM Bitrix24 and Hubspotwill be a plus).
• Critical thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Sell and show by example how to communicate with the client.
• Participation in the creation of regulations, policies and scripts for the department.
• Control of performance indicators teams.
• Reporting.
• Analyzing indicators and making suggestions for improvement.
