Junior CRM Specialist in KPMG

As a CRM Coordinator, you will provide support and day-to-day administration of the CRM system. Responsibilities also include assisting end users in using the system (training), processing system data, sending letters to clients, reporting within the area of ​​responsibility.

What you will do:

• Data processing in Excel (using logical formulas, summary tables);
• Processing and entering contacts into CRM and daily monitoring and support of CRM work (regularity, quality of filling, completeness of provided information);
• Training CRM users, writing simple instructions for users;
• Participation in preparing and sending email newsletters; 
• Formation of statistical intermediate and final reports

What is needed:

• Higher education, or a student of the last course, able to work full time
• English - intermediate and above
• Willingness to learn new things, work with numbers
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Knowledge of Power BI will be a plus.
