What you will work with:< /strong>
- Sell IT solutionsMicrosoft for business - implementation, support services + ERP and CRM licenses systems of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 line. - Your main geography of leads: Ukraine and the EU.
Your key tasks will be:
- Processing of inbound leads that came through digital channels, phone calls, as well as received after outbound campaigns.
- Qualifying leads, determining the needs of potential customers, providing them with the first information about our services .
- Communication with our managers, organization and coordination of meetings with potential clients.
- Participation in the preparation of documents< /strong> necessary for successful cooperation with clients - commercial offers, contracts, etc. Coordination of these processes.
- Conducting outbound campaigns (exclusively "warm" leads).
- Participation in organization of cooperation with partners for joint work on projects - search, organization of negotiations, support of cooperation. Participation in cooperation with Microsoft.
Qualification:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales,accountmanagement or marketing.< /strong>
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of languages: English - UpperIntermediate > or higher (including conversational), fluency in the Ukrainian language.
- Completed higher education or master's degree student, good results in higher education.
- It will be an advantage if you have experience working in an IT or technology company (ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, SaaS, Telecom, IoT, etc.). It is also great if you have at least theoretical knowledge of what types of IT solutions are for business.
