We announce a competition for an open vacancy Brand manager.

Main duties:

• Participation in the creation of a marketing strategy.
• Formation, protection and implementation of the brand/s development strategy (BPS+4P), marketing plan in order to achieve brand targets (sales, margin, market indicators - market share, ATCL).
• Management of brand/s portfolio, assortment and pricing policy.
• Participation in the management and process of NPD (New Product Development), implementation of the In / Out assortment plan (development and introduction of new products to the market).
• Management of brand communication strategy, with a focus on digital marketing tools

• Coordinating the implementation of activations and measures to promote brands in offline and online
• Maintaining full reporting on the portfolio of brands, making PFA of brand indicators, developing proposals to strengthen brand positions in the market
• Management of the process of developing image layouts, all advertising materials.
• Preparation and presentation of prepared presentations on portfolio and projects
• Communicates with contractors on all projects in progress.

• Formation and management of the direction's budget.

  
  

• Participation in cross-functional company projects on brand-marketing issues.

• Initiating

  new proposals for improving processes and implementing innovations.
  

You are our ideal candidate if:

• Higher education specializing in Marketing/Management/Economics.
• Good theoretical basis of marketing.
• Experience of 3 years or more in marketing departments in the FMCG sector.
• Availability of brand management experience of 2 years or more.

• Sure knowledge of digital marketing.

• Ability to generate ideas and proposals for brand development based on the analysis of information from various sources.
  

• < span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Knowledge of the basics of marketing research.

• Knowledge of the basics of project management and economic evaluation of projects/products.

• Knowledge and experience in working with the development of image layouts/designs.

• < span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"> Confident user of Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, basic user of 1C.

  
  

• English level - Upper Intermediate.
