ABINBEV EFES UKRAINE, the world's largest brewing company, which is successfully operating and developing in Ukraine, announces the opening of the position of Sales Supervisor (Senior specialist in of sales) in the city of Chernivtsi. Main responsibilities: Management and coordination of the sales process in the retail network in the assigned territory;
Managing the process of maintaining and monitoring the database of retail outlets in the territory;Expanding distribution and increasing the market share of the Company and its brands in the assigned territory;Controlling reports of trade representatives, audit of reports;Working with problematic retail, assisting sales representatives in negotiations in critical situations;Leading a team of sales representatives to ensure sales;Timely and high-quality planning, reporting and analysis of the distribution situation of AB InBev Efes brands and competitors in the area of responsibility;Setting goals for exclusive sales representatives of the distributor on a monthly basis, as well as operational goals for the week, day;Constant work on finding reserves to increase sales, distribution and market share of AB InBev Efes products. - Higher education in economics / management / marketing;
- Experience work for at least 2 years in the field of FMCG sales;

- Driver's license of category B, driving experience for at least 2 years;
