Chat operator in Tango Me/Tango Mi

We are looking for chat operators for a unique and innovative project on Tango, focused on the development of chat systems with artificial intelligence support. This role plays a key role in training, improving and evaluating conversational AI models by engaging in real-time text-based interactions. The project aims to explore language patterns, communication behavior, interaction dynamics and the quality of conversations in live chats.

Chat operators will interact with users through private messages and chats, helping to create more "intelligent", natural and interesting AI chat experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage text private messages and live chats as part of a training and research project of conversational AI

• Conduct natural, personalized and context-sensitive conversations with users

• Accurately reproduce intended characters and communication styles to support AI model learning

• Maintain friendly, interesting and occasionally humorous communication

• Adhere to provided conversation frameworks, scripts and brand guides while maintaining humanity and authenticity

• Identify conversation patterns, user intent, and engagement signals that drive AI model improvement

• Support testing and refinement of chat flow and AI response strategies

• Efficiently and professionally manage multiple conversations simultaneously

• Identify and nurture high-value or strong users engagement

• Promote content using structured sales funnels and a situational approach (where applicable)

Requirements:

• Good written language skills and clear communication

• 1-2 years experience in live chat, online customer interaction, community moderation or digital sales

• Confident, chatty and engaging writing style with the ability to adapt tone and personality

• Fast and accurate typing, ability to multitask effectively

• Understanding user interaction, conversation flow and conversions

• Ability to adhere to characters, scripts and AI learning rules while remaining flexible and naturally

• High level of caution, reliability and professionalism

• Interest in AI, conversational systems, language analysis or digital communication trends will be a significant plus
