Preparation of detailed presentations based on the results of the work of the Sales Department;Organization and implementation of the annual planning process;Evaluation of the effectiveness of the employees of the Sales Department;Support and development of business processes and accounting systems of the company;Interaction with the regional team (Europe), IT department and external contractors;Analysis of representation by business channels and segments, development of recommendations for its improvement, identification of key sources of growth and control of the fulfillment of goals by the Sales Department.Development of tools for process automation. education; Experience of working in a similar position in sales from 2 years; High analytical abilities, planning skills, working with large sets of data and information; A confident user of Excel, Power Point, Power BI; Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above.
