Our main business units are focused on a data-driven approach to decision-making, so we created a financial and analytical department and are currently looking forLeading financial analyst. 

Working environment:

• Own data analysis unit
• Own IT department
• Large arrays of data in MySQL
• BI system

Tasks to be worked on:

1. Financial planning and forecasting:

• creation of multi-layered financial models to simulate business scenarios;
• construction of income, expenditure and cash flow forecasts taking into account seasonality, trends and advertising activities;
• perform an in-depth analysis of sales data in different sections (Categories, Brands, SKUs).

2. Marketing and advertising analytics:

• analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (ROAS, CAC, LTV);
• recommendations for optimizing the advertising budget and channel distribution.

3. Analytics and reports:

• preparation of analytical reports on profitability and efficiency;
• preparation of price analytics and recommendations regarding pricing;
• calculation of economic efficiency of investment projects;

Allotment of working time:

• 60% of the time will be spent on financial analysis of the current activities of the company's internal divisions. This will require good skills in SQL and Excel;
• 40% of the time will be spent on creating insights, algorithms on which management decisions will depend. You will understand the impact of your own hypotheses on business decisions.

What is important to us:

• existing practical experience as a financial analyst;
• strong analytical skills and practice working with large volumes of data;
• experience working with BI systems (Power BI preferred);
• working with SQL requests;
• experience with marketing analytics;
• ability to formulate clear conclusions and recommendations.
