Mission for the role:Sales funnel management, optimization and changes in processes, in particular in pricing, and ensuring effective use of analytics.
Requirements:
- Experience in Affiliate / Health & Beauty (COD) / e-commerce / digital marketing.
- Spanish language at B2+/C1 level and English from B2 (oral and written communication).
- Experience optimizing the sales funnel (from lead generation to purchase).
- Experience with analytics: data analysis, drawing conclusions, building hypotheses.
- Understanding unit-economy in e-commerce / COD (CAC, LTV, ROMI, margin, break-even point).
- Experience working with commercial contact centers (cold calls/outbound traffic).
Skills:
- Ability to work effectively with international teams, taking into account cultural and linguistic differences, ensuring clear and understandable communication.
- Working with AI tools: experience using AI tools for data analysis, process automation and decision making.
- Skills in using the 5-step sales structure: ability to effectively apply sales techniques, including establishing contact, identifying needs, presenting, working with objections and closing the deal.
- Experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize profit and improve product economic performance.
- Ability to quickly analyze data, find patterns and draw conclusions to improve business processes.
Professional knowledge:
- Understanding the principles of developing texts and language modules for contact center scripts.
- Knowledge of sales processes through the contact center.
- Practical understanding and application of modern sales techniques: SPIN sales, Cross-sell, SNAP sales, Challenger Sale.
- Understanding approaches to pricing (package and dynamic pricing, formation of a value proposition for different customer segments).
Basic responsibilities:
- Formation of commercial offers and prices for partners/products taking into account the type and quality of traffic.
- Adaptation of sales approaches for different consumer segments, development and implementation of sales standards.
- Update and optimization of script logicof the contact center.
- Introduction and support of price parameters in automatic pricing algorithms.
- Initiation and implementation of changes in training processes and operational activities of the contact center in order to increase efficiency.
- Conducting experiments (pricing, scripts, offers) to optimize the sales funnel, analyzing the results and making decisions about scaling.
- System analysis of key metrics (approve rate, redemption, average check, conversation duration, conversions, etc.).
- Cross-functional interaction with affiliate managers, brand managers, etc.
- Analysis of the competitive environment (prices, offers, scripts, sales approaches) and the formation of recommendations for business.
