Head of finance in Smart Solutions

A company specializing in generators, garden equipment and automotive products is looking for a Head of Finance.

This position involves managing key financial operations, forming and implementing a financial strategy, as well as ensuring transparency and stability of financial processes to support the company's sustainable development.

The purpose of the position is to ensure effective financial management of a group of companies at a strategic level, control of financial flows and compliance with local requirements.

Main duties:

• Management of financial operations: accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis.

• Cash flow management, liquidity and currency risk monitoring.

• Tax planning and control of compliance with tax legislation.

• Interaction with auditors, banks and financial institutions.

• Management and development of the financial department (up to 10 employees).

• Participation in projects automation and optimization of financial processes.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education in finance, economics or accounting.

• ACCA, CIMA, CPA qualification or equivalent (as advantage).

• Experience of working in managerial financial positions from 5 years, preferably in large Ukrainian or holding companies.

• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards.

• Experience of working in a multi-currency environment.

• High level of analytical abilities, ability to work with large arrays data.

• A confident user of MS Excel (advanced level), SAP or other ERP systems, Google Workspace.

• Knowledge of tax legislation of Ukraine.

• High level of command of the business language, English (as an advantage).

• Leadership and communication skills.
