We are seeking an energetic and ambitious B2B Sales Manager to expand our presence in the Polish market.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and acquiring new B2B clients in Poland, including large retail chains and distributors.
Developing and maintaining relationships with current clients, ensuring a high level of service.
Market analysis and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
Participation in the development and implementation of sales strategies in Poland.
Organizing and conducting negotiations, and contract negotiations.
Requirements:

Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the field of home, garden, or children's products.
Knowledge of the Polish market and experience working with major retail chains.
Ability to negotiate at various levels, from company management to purchasing departments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel frequently and work in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in the Polish language at a level sufficient for conducting business negotiations.
Possession of a personal contact database of at least 300 sales points.
Readiness for constant business trips to conduct meetings with potential clients and partners.
