Basic requirements :
- agronomic higher education education
- work experience in the sale of pesticides, seeds and fertilizers from 2 years
- knowledge of plant protection products: active substances, application regulations
- ability to provide agricultural producers with thorough consultations on plant protection systems, skills in the development of technological maps
- readiness for business trips
- knowledge of the technology of growing the main field crops, features of plant protection, application processes fertilizers
- developed communication skills
- focus, result orientation
- category "B" driver's license
- confident PC user (Microsoft Office) , 1C-8 (basic knowledge)
Functional responsibilities:
- implementation of the sales plan, sale of plant protection products, seeds and fertilizers on fixed territories
- communication with customers in the area of responsibility: by phone and personal visits
- expansion of the customer base
- study of customer needs
- negotiations with by clients
- preparation and conclusion of contracts, follow-up of the agreement until full fulfillment of the terms by the parties
- management of relations with clients, formation of a positive image of the company and products on the market
- collection and analysis information, regarding the situation and market activity
- business administration (internal reporting)
