Main requirements:
- higher agronomic education
- work experience from the sale of pesticides, seeds and fertilizers (preferred)
- knowledge of plant protection products: active substances, application regulations
- ability to provide agricultural producers with thorough consultations on plant protection systems, skills in developing technological maps< /li>
- knowledge of the technology of growing the main field crops, the features of plant protection, fertilization processes
- developed communicative skills
- focus, result orientation
- readiness for business trips
- category "B" driver's license
- confident user of Microsoft Office software: Word , Excel; 1C8 (basic knowledge)
Functional duties:
- fulfillment of the sales plan, sale of plant protection products, seeds and fertilizers on fixed territory
- communication with customers in the area of responsibility: by phone and personal visits
- expanding the customer base
- studying customer needs
- negotiations with by clients
- preparation and conclusion of contracts, follow-up of the agreement until full fulfillment of the terms by the parties
- management of relations with clients, formation of a positive image of the company and products on the market
- collection and analysis information related to the situation and market activity
- activity administration (internal reporting)
