The Role
You'll be our first sales hire - a unique opportunity to build the sales function from the ground up.
Your main mission: Convert registered users into active customers. We'll drive registrations through marketing, but YOU will make sure we don't lose these people and turn them into paying customers.
What you'll do
80% of your time:
- Work with registered users who signed up but didn't complete their first transaction
- Qualify leads - understand their needs, use cases, and pain points
- Onboarding support -help new customers get their first lease or listing live
- Proactive follow-up - nurture relationships, remind about value, overcome objections
- Demo calls - walk through the platform when needed
20% of your time:
- Targeted outreach to potential customers (LinkedIn, email campaigns)
- Collaborate with marketing on messaging and campaigns
- Test and optimize - we're building sales processes together, so you'll help figure out what works
You're a great fit if you
Must-have:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in IT, SaaS, telecom, or tech)
- Fluent English (C1 level) - you'll work with clients from Europe, US, and beyond
- Experience working with international clients (bonus if you've worked with European or American companies)
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Self-starter mentality - you don't wait for instructions, you take initiative
- Comfortable with uncertainty - we're a startup figuring things out; you'll help us build the playbook
Nice-to-have:
- Startup or scale-up experience (you know how to move fast and adapt)
- Basic understanding of networking/infrastructure (don't worry, we'll teach you about IPv4!)
- Experience with B2B sales cycles
- Background in customer success or account management
- Familiarity with marketplace business models
