Sales Manager (inbound line) in EKSPRES LINIYa, TOV

Express line is an outsourcing contact center that has been operating on the Ukrainian market since 2017 and provides high-quality services to customers. We are trusted by various segments of companies, including state projects and trading companies. We have successful work experience both in Ukraine and on the international market. In connection with the expansion of the company, we invite a sales manager to join our team!

• Remote work format (work remotely from any city in Ukraine);
• Ability to work 6 hours/day (range from 08:00 to 20:00), 5 working days and 2 "floating"

Your duties:

• Reception of incoming calls;
• Consultation regarding the current conditions of the promotion (with the help of scripts);
• Customer registration in the customer program.
• Sale of everyday goods.

What is needed for work:

• Fluency in Ukrainian in language;
• PC or laptop with Windows OS (preferably Windows 10);
• Wired Internet;
• USB headset (headphones with microphone)
