Sales manager (HR services) in Smart Solutions

Company Smart Solutions is an international provider of HR services and business process outsourcing services, which has been present for more than 15 years in such countries as: Ukraine, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan.

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated manager from sales for a partner company that specializes in providing clients with qualified personnel throughout Ukraine (mass recruitment services: temporary, seasonal, permanent, outstaffing, labor protection).

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 08:00—17:00, 09:00—18:00 or 10:00—19:00, a hybrid schedule is possible.

• Analysis of the market and competitors, identification of new sales opportunities.
• Implementation of sales plans and achievement of established KPIs.

Wishes for the candidate:

• Experience in the field of sales from 1 year (ready to consider candidates with less experience in the field of sales, but with an interest and desire to develop directly in the field of B2B service sales).
• Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation methods.
• Experience in service sales will be an advantage.
• Practical skills in working with CRM systems and office software.
