And now we are looking for a person to become the voice of Fresh Black in B2B, will build partnerships with coffee shops, restaurants, offices, hotels and businesses that appreciate real quality.

If you like the coffee industry, you like to communicate, influence your income and easily make people fall in love with the product - then we are for you.

What you will do:

  • Look for and attract new B2B clients (cafes, restaurants, offices, hotels) — presentations, tastings, meetings, forming partnerships.
  • Develop and retain existing customers: order support, coffee recommendations, upsell, help in opening new outlets.
  • Manage CRM and document flow: execution of contracts, control of receivables, updating of customer cards, work in SAP/CRM.
  • Plan sales and analyze results: work with the funnel, volume forecasting, execution of an individual plan.
  • Represent the Fresh Black brand in the market: participation in events, tastings, collaborations, product promotion and brand recognition.

Our expectations

  • experience in sales or HoReCa is an advantage (you can enter the industry without experience if you are ambitious and “burnt”);
  • understanding how a coffee shop lives, what problems are solved by quality coffee;
  • ease in communication, the ability to listen and present;
  • self-organization skills: planning the day, week, meetings;
  • willingness to work in CRM, lead a funnel, record data;
  • desire to constantly improve and become #1 in our segment.

What we offer:

  • official employment and social guarantees according to the Labor Code of Ukraine;

  • self-organized work schedule Mon-Fri, 9-18:00 (office only! one must physically be in Kyiv or very close);

  • SP: rate 25,000 + % of sales + % of sales of equipment and devices + bonus for connecting new partners (the most important part of SP) + bonus for executing the plan;
