Buntar Aerospace is a Ukrainian defense tech startup specializing in the development of robotic products for intelligence tasks. Our product line includes four types of drones and Buntar Copilot software, which automates the management of robotic units and reduces the risk of loss of unmanned systems. We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to help us expand our market presence and attract new customers.

Key challenges :

— Sales: Inbound processing traffic;

— Client management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfying needs;

— Market analysis: Monitoring of market trends, competitive environment and analysis of new opportunities for business expansion;

— Work with documentation: Preparation of commercial offers, contracts and other necessary documentation.

You are our candidate if you have :

— Experience in sales from 1 year, preferably in the field of technology , defense or aviation;

- Excellent communication and presentation skills;

— Ability to work in a fast-growing startup, adapting to rapid changes;

- Results-oriented, ability to achieve and exceed set goals;

- Understanding of defense technology and the drone market would be an advantage.
