Sales manager in Englishdom

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager

What you will do:

• Process incoming applications from potential students with different levels of motivation to study (work with a warm customer base);
• Consult customers, sign up for a trial class and sell educational packages;
• Perform active sales of training programs, including the possibility of selling before a trial lesson;
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system - accuracy and completeness of data are important;
• Formulate daily reports on the number of calls, appointments and made of sales;
• Execute a personal sales plan and contribute to the overall result of the team.

Our perfect team mate:

• Has experience in sales from 1 year (experience in EdTech will be an advantage);
• Knows the Spin sales technique;
• Able to adapt quickly before changes;

What we offer:

• Schedule: 5/2 (one day off remains working) in shifts from 9:00 to 18:00/10:00 to 19:00/11:00 to 20:00/13:00 to 22:00;
• Working salary: rate 10,000 + kpi bonus
