We are looking for a specialist who combines technical competence with the ability to effectively interact with users and maintain the stable and secure operation of Microsoft 365 enterprise services. with identity and access, basic security contours, as well as prompt technical support for users.

Primary Responsibilities

Security

· Configuration and maintenance of security policies in Microsoft Entra ID.

· Preparation and configuration of corporate devices for new employees

· Management of user access, passwords, groups and roles. Control and basic administration of MFA. style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">· Configuration and control of encryption (BitLocker) and basic endpoint protection settings.

· Participation in the implementation of threat protection measures in the Microsoft 365 environment.

Technical support

Providing technical support for Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).

Troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services.

· Prompt response to incidents and user complaints.

· Interaction with users to explain the causes of problems and ways to solve them.

Requirements

· Developed communication skills, ability to work with users

· Ability to work with incidents under time constraints

· Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, roles and challengesc.

Would be an advantage

· Administration of Windows Server 2003-2019

· Configuring network equipment MikroTik

· Experience with Intune/Purview

· Experience in ESET administration

· Microsoft compliance certificates

· Practical experience with Power Automate (cloud flows). bureaucracy, maximum freedom in the choice of solutions, tools and approaches.

· Professional development in the direction of information security

· Booking from mobilization (in case of availability of current military registration documents).
