Requirements:

• A confident PC user (MS Word, Excel);
• Excellent communication skills, orientation on the result;
• Proficient oral and written communication;
• Working in the salon;
• Working with the CRM system;

Responsibilities:

• Accepting and processing orders from the website, by phone, from social networks (no cold calls);
• Customer consultation in the salon;
• Customer support: from the first contact to the purchase;
