Now we are looking for a Manager with sales

What you will do:

• Process incoming applications from potential students with varying levels of motivation to study;
• Consult clients, sign up for a trial class and sell education packages;
• Proactively sell training programs, including before trial sales lesson;
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system - accuracy and completeness of data are important;
• Form daily reporting on the number of calls, records and sales made;
• Execute a personal sales plan and contribute to the overall result of the team.

Our perfect team mate:

• Has experience in sales from 1 year (experience in EdTech will be an advantage);
• Knows the Spin sales technique;
• Able to quickly adapt to changes;

What we offer:

• Schedule: 5/2 (one day off remains working) in shifts with 9:00-18:00/10:00-19:00/11:00-20:00/13:00-22:00;
• Salary: rate 10,000 + kpi bonus
