Sales Development Specialist/Sales Analyst in IDS Ukraine

We are announcing a job opening Sales Development Specialist/Sales Analyst

Key tasks:

• Administration of the contract terms database;
• Creating reports, conducting calculations in the framework of Image Recognition support;
• Creating reporting, making calculations as part of the implementation and support of B2B solutions;
• Creating technical tasks for contractors and the IT department;
• Creating Ad hoc reports;
• Automating sales development department reporting;
• Working with SWE (questionnaire functionality, priority lists, reporting).

Main requirements:

• Higher education, preferably technical; 
• Work experience of at least 1 year in a position related to sales analytics, development of information systems of the sales function;
• Knowledge of work principles and tasks of the FMCG sales team;
• construction of Excel summary tables, creation of calculation models in Excel, construction of report algorithms.
• Accurateness, attention to details;
• Inclination to learn - fast mastering new software products;
• Ability and desire to work with numbers;
• Ability to analyze large information flows;
• Systematicity – the ability to set priorities, systematize processes.
