As a Sales Development Representative, you must meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role in B2B sales (SDR, Outbound sales specialist, etc.), preferably within the IT sector
  • Proficiency in lead generation and the development of outreach strategies
  • Familiarity with Hubspot (or alternative CRM) and tools for lead generation
  • Adeptness in social selling techniques
  • A proactive attitude and a goal-driven mindset
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
