We are expanding our dream team and are looking for a
Service Desk Manager Your future tasks:
- participation in the exit of new employees (transfer of internal accesses, technical onboarding);
- technical support of the company's employees (tasks through the ticket system, communication through the internal messenger);
- technical support of the office in Kyiv, user support in the office upon request;
- assistance in inventory and equipment accounting;
- sending and receiving equipment for workers with preliminary or subsequent adjustment.
💪Your skills:
- 1 year in the position of Service Desk / System Administrator / Help Desk;
- computer knowledge at the "Administrator" level;
- configuration and installation of operating systems (Windows / MacOS);
- software settings and data encryption (Bitlocker / FileVault);
- purchase of computer equipment;
- support in the repair of computer equipment;
- the ability to independently carry out preliminary diagnostics of equipment;
- knowledge of networks at the "Confidential user" level;
- the ability to work with the periphery.
🤞 Desirable, but not critical:
- analytical, organizational and time management skills, desire to develop;
- knowledge of Linux;
- experience with Jira, Confluence;
- resource administration skills within the company;
- ability to work in a team and attention to details;
- English at the Intermediate level.
