GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy nutrition, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions.

GOGreen-Landia in partnership with the Danish Refugee Council in Ukraine(DRC) invites a responsible and communicative administrator of the Safe Space in the village of Ternov of the Chuguyiv district, who will help create comfortable conditions for visitors and ensure the effective operation of the Safe Space.

Duties and tasks:

• Managing the Space and ensuring its effectiveness work;
• Attracting new visitors and organizing their meeting and escorting them in the Space;

• Receiving calls and messages in messengers, responding to visitors’ requests;

• Maintaining a customer database and event documentation;

• Collecting feedback, drawing up photo reports and consents;

• Controlling order in the office and in common areas;

• Ensuring the confidentiality of customer data in accordance with the Organization's policy;
• Perform other current tasks that will help to influence the achievement of the final project result.

Basic requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office programs;
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language;
• Ability to work in a team and make decisions;
• Responsibility and punctuality;
• Basic higher education or work experience in the public sector;
• Show flexibility in the performance of own duties, ensuring the highest quality of service provision visitors;
• To comply with the norms, principles and code of conduct of the Organization.
