GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy nutrition, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions.

GO"Green-Landia" in partnership with the Danish Council for Refugees in Ukraine(DRC) invites a responsible and communicative administrator of the Safe Space in the village of Stary Merchyk, Bogoduhiv district, who will help create comfortable conditions for visitors and will ensure the effective operation of the Safe Space.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Managing the Space and ensuring its efficiency;
• Attracting new visitors and organizing their meeting and escorting them in the Space;

• Receiving calls and messages in messengers, responding to visitors' requests;

• Maintaining a customer database and documentation on events;

• Collection of feedback, processing of photo reports and consents;

• Control of order in the office and in common areas;

• Security confidentiality of customer data in accordance with the Organization's policy;
• Perform other current tasks that will help to influence the achievement of the final result of the project.

Basic requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office programs;
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language;
• Ability to work in a team and make decisions;
• Responsibility and punctuality;
• Basic higher education or work experience in the public sector;
• Show flexibility in the performance of one's duties, ensuring the highest quality of service to visitors;
• Follow the norms, principles and code of conduct of the Organization.
