RRS - manager in Cosmic

The company COSMIC, which is engaged in the import, wholesale sales and distribution of cosmetics from South Korea, the USA, Europe and Ukraine, announces a PPC MANAGER (Google + Meta)

The company is among the TOP-3 independent importers of Korean cosmetics, we work with national clients EVA, MAKE UP, BEAUTY PROF, DINI and others, the growth of sales exceeded 100% in 2022, and in 2023 the growth of the company was 300%. The company's portfolio includes about 70 brands from South Korea, and about 100 brands are represented in total. The company operates five wholesale cosmetics sites.

• 
  We are looking for a strong Performance specialist to replace the agency and take full control of Google and Meta advertising.
  
  We have fully configured advertising offices, analytics, and Looker Studio, so you do NOT need to build the infrastructure from scratch.
  
  Your tasks for every day:
• 
  • plan advertising activities;
  • create and optimize campaigns;
  control costs on a daily basis;
  • run and remarket; 400"> analyze demand and trends;
  • work in conjunction with marketer, content, sales department;
  • test new types of campaigns and creatives;
  • make quick changes during fluctuations results.
  
  Professional:
• 
  • 2+ years of PPC work in e-commerce;
  • work with large catalogs (2,000-10,000 SKUs);
  • confident mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Merchant Center;
  • Looker Studio, GA4, GTM — must have;
  • analysis of ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, share of voice;
  • experience with Performance Max and Shopping is a must;
  • ROAS / CAC optimization experience is a big plus.
