Risk manager (Trainee) in SoftSvit

SoftSvit is a product IT company that not only develops, but also promotes its own product. We are currently looking for a Trainee Risk manager-a to join our team.

Requirements:

• Work experience in e-commerce or anti-fraud will be a plus;
• Responsibility;
• Ability to work with Excel and Google Docs at a basic level;
• Flexible thinking, attentiveness;
• Experience working with a large amount of information;
• Ability to analyze received data and arrange priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Operative verification of requests for payment of funds to clients;
• Analysis of logs, detection of non-standard patterns and discrepancies;
• Identification of the person customers;
• Communication with support on payment difficulties and customer questions;
• Monitoring of statistical indicators.
