We are looking for a specialist who will help build and maintain a risk management system in group companies. This is a chance to join the company's key processes and develop together with a team of professionals.
Requirements:
- Professional higher education (economics / finance / management)
- 1 year of experience in the banking sector or financial institutions
- Systematic thinking, attention to detail Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level and aboveLack of citizenship or tax residency of the Republic of Belarus
- Participation in the preparation and updating of internal risk management documents (policies, procedures, risk appetite) 400">Participation in the identification, assessment and monitoring of financial and operational risks
- Control of compliance with internal risk policies and procedures in daily work
- Participation in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the risk management system and the preparation of proposals for its improvement
- Providing methodical and consulting support to units within the scope of competence
- Preparation of analytical materials and reports for the Risk Committee and the Supervisory Board
Will be a plus: Experience with internal documents, policies or reporting will be an advantage
