Now we are looking for a Jr. buyer-analystin the direction of water supply products.
We offer:
- Remote work format;
- Working hours: from 8:30 to 18:30, 5/2;
- Gradual adaptation period from 4 to 6 months. — as a result of growth from an inventory management analyst to a full-fledged buyer (Ukraine, China, Europe);
- Salary — UAH 40,000 — UAH 50,000, and higher according to results and indicators;
- Technical, software and all resources for effective work;

Key tasks:
- Effective management of commodity stocks of its category. Control of product balances - turnover and deficit;
- Adjustment of sales plans, calculation of orders;
- Working with a large amount of data and tables (Exel). Preparation of analytical reports for the manager with conclusions and proposals;
- Concurrence and placement of orders to suppliers;
- Constant communication with suppliers to monitor the fulfillment of contract conditions, update information on terms and volumes of deliveries, control of mutual settlements;
- Interaction with the logistics department on the approval of customs documents, support for customs clearance of goods, issuance of certificates, etc.;
- Interaction and communication with related departments for the timely completion of assigned tasks;
- Assistance in the conduct of complaints activities.
We expect from the candidate
- Experience in import, procurement and logistics. Experience working with China will be an advantage.;
- Excellent working knowledge of Exel! The ability to build complex reports, large summary tables and knowledge of formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIF...);
- Experience in long-term sales planning and order calculation;
- Understanding the calculation of economic indicators - cost, profitability;
- Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and accompanying documents;
- Experience in communications and working with suppliers. Such experience with China and European countries will be an advantage;
- Skills for working with office programs and accounting systems (1C), work with a large amount of data;
- Ability to work in multitasking mode, setting priorities;
- Readiness for business trips around Ukraine.
