RF Engineer in MOODRO

Requirements:

We are looking for not just an engineer in our team, but a combination of an engineer with organizational and management skills to achieve the strategic goals of the company.

- Determination of technical requirements for antennas, according to the product pipeline and component base.
- Monitoring, formation and determination of a shortlist of contractor partners for designing and testing custom solutions according to the product pipeline.
- Organization of processes of adaptation and production of solutions at capacities.
- Monitoring of market solutions (domestically, internationally) to maintain the relevance of catalogs according to the needs of the product pipeline.
- Formation of vision and implementation of the RF development strategy in Moodro and in the Moodro Hub cluster

Technical skills:

• Understanding the principles of electrodynamics of radio wave propagation
• Knowledge of processing principles signals, radio transmission, modulation/demodulation.
• Proficiency in cst studio, HFSS
• In-depth knowledge of RF networks
• Knowledge of RF hardware systems and test equipment

It will be an advantage:

• Knowledge of programming languages C/C++, Python, MATLAB
• Experience in the development of schematic solutions (Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD or others)
• Experience in programming microcontrollers (STM32, AVR, ESP32, etc.)
• Experience in working with SDR platforms (Software-Defined Radio)

Responsibilities:

- Design and modeling of antenna devices
- Realization of antenna projects (implementation), preparation for mass production
- Adaptability to changes, sociability"
