Construction and development of the company's digital products: from idea and research to implementation and scaling. Main responsibilities 1. Product strategy and analytics
Formation of the product vision, value proposition and roadmap.
Analysis of user and business needs.
Making hypotheses, conducting discovery and experiments.
Working with metrics, analytics data, A/B testing.
2. Delivery and project management
Planning of releases and coordination of team work.
Management of deadlines, resources, changes and risks.
Quality control of solution implementation.
3. Communication and facilitation
Interaction with stakeholders and the development team.
Conducting workshops, presentations, demos.
Ensuring a common understanding of requirements and goals.
4. Technical interaction
Working with the IT landscape of the company (ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS, ECM).
Understanding API principles, integrations, data flows.
Cooperation with system analysts and architects.
Candidate requirementsExperience and education
Higher education.
3+ years of experience in Product Management / Project Management / Business Analysis. Experience in corporate or business environments (commercial companies). 2.0.
Analysis of processes (AS-IS/TO-BE).
Formation of requirements, user stories, use cases.
Facilitation, presentations, work with stakeholders.
Roadmap management and releases.
C-level presentation of solutions.
Team management and synchronization of process participants.
