The company is actively developing the direction of digital transformation and switching to a product approach in the implementation of business solutions. Construction and development of the company's digital products: from idea and research to implementation and scaling. Main responsibilities 1. Product strategy and analytics

• Formation of the product vision, value proposition and roadmap.

• Analysis of user and business needs.

• Making hypotheses, conducting discovery and experiments.

• Working with metrics, analytics data, A/B testing.

2. Delivery and project management

• Planning of releases and coordination of team work.

• Management of deadlines, resources, changes and risks.

• Quality control of solution implementation.

3. Communication and facilitation

• Interaction with stakeholders and the development team.

• Conducting workshops, presentations, demos.

• Ensuring a common understanding of requirements and goals.

4. Technical interaction

• Working with the IT landscape of the company (ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS, ECM).

• Understanding API principles, integrations, data flows.

• Cooperation with system analysts and architects.

Candidate requirementsExperience and education

• Higher education.

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management / Project Management / Business Analysis. Experience in corporate or business environments (commercial companies). 2.0.
