We are now looking for a proactive, self-organizedMiddle+ Retention Marketer with 2 years of experience.
Main Objectives Middle+ Retention Marketer:
- Increase the conversion and LTV of the current customer base through automation, segmentation and the use of modern Retention marketing tools.
- Increase the user base through partnerships and tools to convert website and mobile app visitors into users
- Optimization of costs through automation and implementation of modern direct marketing tools.
You willreply by:
- development, implementation, management and control of the Retention strategy of the hotline.finance project;
- situational communication with the company's clients via email, viber, sms, push (web + app) ;
- suggestions, customization, testing and improvement of automatic (trigger) messages;
- monitoring, preparation of reports and actions for improving key performance indicators (KPI), such as opening letters, clicks, conversions, ROI, churn rate;
- implementation and A/B testing;
- implementation of automation projects processes to optimize costs, including working hours;
- implementing and improving loyalty programs, launching special offers and personalized promotions to increase repeat customers shopping.
We expect from you:
- work experience of 2 years in the position of Retention, Direct marketer;
- experience of implementation and development of esputnik tools;
- ability to use other services for work with Email/viber/sms mailings and push notifications, such as mailgun, one signal, or similar);
- knowledge of HTML at the level of code understanding email messages;
- literacy, good knowledge of the Ukrainian language;
- experience working with automatic messages;
- ability to configure trigger (automatic) notifications;
- skills in customer segmentation and understanding why it should be done;
- know how to work with Google Analytics to track results;
- know how to make reports with key metrics Retention direction.
The plus will be:
- experience working with mobile push notifications;
- have successful cases of automation implementation at work;
- ability to make clear TOR for programmers;
- ability to work with an audience of over 100,000. and more customers.
