Your duties:

• Managing a team of remote operators: monitoring performance, discipline and KPI execution.
• Executing plans sales: approval, average check, redemption.
• Analysis of team work and development of individual development plans for employees.
• Conducting individual and group trainings to increase sales.
• Reporting and analysis of results.

Our expectations from you:

• Experience as a supervisor or RP in a remote call center.
• Deep knowledge of sales: techniques apseil, crosseil and others.
• Leadership qualities, ability to motivate the team, high self-organization.
• Analytical thinking, ability to work with metrics.
• Experience managing a remote team of operators.
• Knowledge of German language, as the direction is related to the markets of Germany and Austria.
