Sales for us are when the accessories bought by the client from us become his favorites. They suit him according to the canons of style and regularly adorn his daily looks. We do not sell what is not suitable for the customer.

We are looking for a Retail Network Supervisor/Team lead/HR

We are considering candidates with a variety of previous experience in retail: store manager, administrator, regional manager, trainer, HR manager, recruiter.

Tasks:

• Staffing in stores (active search for candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates)
• Conducting training and paying attention to newcomers during the adaptation period
• Conducting training on company standards, sales and cash discipline.
• Regular assessment of satisfaction and loyalty of eNPS employees

• Maintaining a positive climate and motivation of employees
• Regular monitoring of the indicators of each employee and influence on their growth.
• Participation in the development of motivation programs
• Participation in carrying out assessment and determination of grade change
• Participation in the creation and implementation of training and skill improvement programs

Our ideal candidate:

• Believes that the success of sales and service directly depends on a correctly selected, adapted, trained and motivated team of consultants
• Able to find new people for the team
• Evaluate motivation of candidates to work in a retail network, communication skills
• Actively communicates with everyone every day and unites a team around him, is a source of support and coordinates information and events.
• Able to see connections between performance indicators and team attitude.
