BF "Right to Defense" (Fund) - one of the leaders of the human rights movement in Ukraine. We are a charity focused on helping internally displaced persons, persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons at increased risk of statelessness and undocumented persons. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and implements programs for the provision of direct legal assistance throughout Ukraine, promotes changes in the national legal framework, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.  

Purpose: the process analyst will be responsible for the analysis, description, schematic display and optimization of the organization's business processes in order to improve their efficiency and consistency between departments.

Main duties:

  • Processes creation and schemes reflecting current processes.

  • Analysis of existing processes to identify shortcomings, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, work with existing documentation.

  • Communication with all departments to gather information about current processes and identify problems.

  • Planning tasks for implementing new or improved processes.

  • Conducting meetings and consultations with key employees involved in the processes.

  • Data collection and analysis to determine process performance indicators (KPI).

  • Implementation of changes in processes and control over their effectiveness.

  • Development of recommendations for optimizing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Professional requirements for the candidate:< /p>

  • Higher education in a related area.

  • < p>2 years of experience in the field of process description and optimization.

  • Skills in building business diagrams and process diagrams (BPMN, UML, etc.).

  • Ability to work with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Camunda or similar).

  • Analytical skills to identify problems and develop solutions.

  • High level of communication for cooperation with different departments.

  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks.

  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of processes.

Expected results:

  • Key business processes are described, schematically depicted and documented.

  • Identified the main problems in the current processes and proposed solutions.

  • Increasing the efficiency of the divisions thanks to optimized processes.
