We are currently inviting you to join our team for the position of Retail Network Development Manager (Head of Formats and Construction).

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• search and selection of commercial premises, according to the company's criteria
• conducting an initial analysis of potential locations: traffic, competition, infrastructure, brand compliance
• filling and maintaining object evaluation briefs/checklists for internal coordination
• organization of the internal process of approval of premises with management or business owner
• preparation and support of a package of documents for concluding a lease agreement: verification, interaction with lawyers, control of terms, signing, exchange of documents
• formation of the budget for opening a store
• search and approval of contractors for carrying out repairs works
• purchase of materials, equipment, furniture, trade equipment and consumables
• coordination of turnkey repair works: planning, launch, control of terms and budget, resolution of force majeure situations
• coordination of supply and installation of furniture, equipment, trade equipment
• search and conclusion of contracts with contractors regarding the Internet, security, other services
• interaction with contractors, delivery services, internal departments of the company
• commissioning of the object according to the approved checklist
• monitoring of competitors, regarding new openings and interesting locations
• analysis of the effectiveness of open showrooms 3-6 months after launch (traffic, sales)
• preparation of regular reports to the management about progress of opening projects

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• work experience in a similar or related position (retail network manager, regional manager) — from 2 years
• knowledge of the principles of search and analysis of commercial real estate
• understanding of lease processes and drawing up contracts
• experience in planning, control of construction and repair works
• knowledge of trade equipment technologies, requirements for engineering networks
• skills for drawing up budgets and estimates. Availability of a large base of contractors
• ability to work with checklists, plan-graphs, technical documentation
• basic knowledge of planning repair works, placement of furniture, rooms, etc. in the premises
• organization and the ability to manage several projects at the same time
• strong communication skills: negotiations, coordination, resolving conflict situations with contractors
• orientation on the result, meeting deadlines
• flexibility and the ability to quickly respond to changes
• ability to work in a team, involve colleagues in solving tasks
• stress resistance, adaptability, ability to work in fast-paced conditions
