OSCHADBANK invites to the team Head of projects and programs of the center for standardization and digitalization of underwriting processes and assessment of ES-risks of small and medium-sized enterprises

Key tasks:

• participates in the standardization of underwriting processes to ensure a credit risk management system for transactions with clients of micro, small and medium-sized businesses
• provides management of projects related to credit risk management of the MSME portfolio
• participates in the development and analysis of new banking products and lending processes for MSME clients
• standardization of the underwriting process of MSME clients - a fast line;
• participation in the project on climate risks

For this position required:

• Experience in banking and/or process standardization and automation - at least 1 year
• Ability to work with MS Office applications, as well as basic project management programs (Jira, Trello, Clickup, etc.)
• English language proficiency level - B2
